Terms and Conditions of the Dodoopy.pl Website
1. General Provisions
1.1. This regulation defines the rules for using the internet service available at: https://dodoopy.pl, hereinafter referred to as the "Service" or "Store."
1.2. The owner and administrator of the Dodoopy.pl service is the entity:

Hereinafter referred to as the "Seller" in the following provisions.
1.3. Orders on the Service can be placed by natural and legal persons from the territory of available countries, hereinafter referred to as "Customers," after registering on the Service.
1.4. The Seller reserves the right to make changes to the offer, price list, and regulations. Users of the service will be informed of any changes to the content of the regulations through a message posted on the website https://dodoopy.pl.
1.5. The Seller is the data controller for personal data provided by the Buyer when using the Service. Detailed information regarding the processing of personal data by the Seller, including other purposes and legal bases for data processing, as well as data recipients, can be found in the Privacy Policy available in the Store, in accordance with the transparency principle included in the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
1.6. The purpose of processing the Buyer's data by the Seller, provided by the Buyer in connection with purchases in the Store, is to fulfill orders. The legal basis for processing personal data in this case is: a sales contract or actions taken at the request of the Buyer aimed at concluding such a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR), the Seller's legal obligation related to accounting (Article 6(1)(c)), and the legitimate interest of the Seller, which consists of processing data to establish, assert, or defend against potential claims (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
2. Terms of Service Use
2.1. Familiarization with the product offerings and price list available on the Service https://dodoopy.pl does not entail any obligations and can be done anonymously.
2.2. Placing orders for products offered by the Seller is possible only after creating a user account on the Service https://dodoopy.pl.
2.3. Creating a user account is done by completing the registration form. As a result of this procedure, an individual account and password for the service will be created.
2.4. Orders on the Dodoopy.pl service can be placed only after accepting this regulation and the law on the protection and processing of personal data.
2.5. User accounts on the service https://dodoopy.pl may be terminated in case of non-compliance with this regulation.
2.6. Re-establishing a user account by a customer whose account has been terminated is possible only with the prior consent of the Seller.
2.7. The Seller reserves the right to store Customer data entered in the registration form and all data related to orders submitted for execution, even after the Customer's account has been deleted.
2.8. In order to ensure the security of transmitted messages and data related to services provided within the service, the Seller takes technical and organizational measures appropriate to the level of security of the services provided. These measures include measures to prevent the acquisition and modification of personal data transmitted electronically by unauthorized persons.
2.9. Customer data received in the course of commercial relations with the Seller will remain confidential and will not be transferred to third parties.
2.10. Customers can change the data entered during registration on the service https://dodoopy.pl by editing it in the "Edit Account" panel or by email – by sending correct data to the address [email protected] from the email address used in the registration process.
3. Orders
3.1. Orders can only be placed by customers registered on the Service https://dodoopy.pl or customers using authorization via the Facebook® social account.
3.2. To place an order, the Customer must log in to their user account on the Service and select a product and its parameters.
3.3. After selecting the "Order" button and completing the entire order submission process to the Seller, the Customer will receive a generated email message sent to the address provided during registration. The message contains a summary of the placed order (item and order number, total price of products or services, payment method, and shipping address).
3.4. Orders on the service https://dodoopy.pl can be placed 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
3.5. The order completion time is specified on the website https://dodoopy.pl individually for each service and product. The execution time is counted from the moment of crediting the payment resulting from the order and from the delivery of correct files for printing (for personalized prints). The order completion time indicated in the order details field is not guaranteed and may change in the event of public holidays, payment delays, equipment failures, or delays on the part of courier companies.
3.6. In the case of non-standard orders, the Seller reserves the right to change the service completion time. The Customer will be informed of the completion time for non-standard orders each time.
3.7. Non-compliance with order completion deadlines may result from technical problems (e.g., equipment malfunctions) or external factors such as, but not limited to, power outages, internet signal disruptions, and courier company delays. In the event of such situations, the Seller will contact the Customer each time and inform them of a potential delay, ensuring that the Customer still wishes to proceed with the order. Delays in order fulfillment resulting from the above reasons do not entail liability for damages.
3.8. Goods are delivered to the Customer through a courier company. Delivery rules are defined in the regulations of the companies providing the delivery service. The Seller is not responsible for errors made by courier companies. Any complaints in this regard should be directed to the courier company delivering the shipment.
3.9. Orders that are: unpaid, not submitted for execution, rejected and not resumed, or older than 30 days may be deleted from the customer's account.
4. Prices and Payment Methods
4.1. All prices of services and products are provided in Polish zlotys (PLN) or local currencies corresponding to the country of the ordering party and include order handling costs, product cost, packaging, cardboard, customs, and tax fees.
4.2. Payments can be made:
a) Using integrated payment systems provided by TPay (through a payment gateway), including: debit cards, credit cards, prepaid cards, online transfers, BLIK.
4.3. The Seller is not responsible for delays resulting from delayed data transmission by integrated payment systems.
5. Complaints
5.1. Any Customer who has registered on the Seller's Service and has completed or placed an order has the right to file a complaint. Comments regarding the complained order can be sent by email to [email protected].
5.2. Complaint filing conditions:
5.2.1. A Customer filing a complaint should use the login obtained during registration on the Service https://dodoopy.pl and the order number subject to the complaint.
5.2.2. A correctly filed complaint should contain an accurate description of the identified non-conformity and the scope of the complaint request. Complaints that do not meet the above criteria will not be considered.
5.2.3. Compensation for a complained order cannot exceed 100% of its value.
5.2.4. Each complaint filed by a Customer that meets the above criteria will be considered individually by the Seller.
5.3. Complaint submission deadlines:
5.3.1. Complaints must be filed within 10 days from the date of delivery. Complaints for a specific service will not be considered after this deadline.
5.3.2. The ordering party shall retain the received materials until the complaint is resolved, and during this time, should not make any use of them.
5.3.3. The Seller is obliged to rectify the defect of the goods or exchange it for a full-value product.
5.3.4. Complaints, regardless of the type of submission, will be considered within no more than 14 business days from the date of submission.
5.3.5. Complaints submitted on business days are accepted until 4:00 PM. Complaints submitted on business days after 4:00 PM, on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays will be considered on the next business day.
5.4. Conditions for filing complaints about shipments
5.4.1. Visible damage or partial loss of goods:
The Customer is obliged to complete a damage report immediately upon receipt of the goods in the presence of a courier company representative. Complaints should be submitted through the Service within 7 days from the date of receiving the shipment. The Customer is obliged to keep the damaged shipment at the Seller's disposal until the complaint procedure is completed.
5.4.2. Delay in delivery:
The Customer must mark any delays on the delivery note immediately upon receipt of the goods in the presence of a courier company representative. It is necessary to provide the date and time of delivery and the reasons for the delay in delivery as indicated by the carrier. Documented refusal to accept the shipment by the Recipient results in its return to the Seller at the Recipient's expense.
5.4.3. Complaints regarding the non-performance or improper performance of a service contract and additional services are submitted to courier companies exclusively by the Seller, unless otherwise agreed by the parties. Complaints must be submitted in writing within 7 days. The Seller is not liable for damages to the Customer resulting from delays in order fulfillment due to the reasons listed above.
5.5. The Seller makes every effort to reproduce the colors contained in the designs provided by the Customer as accurately as possible. The following are not grounds for complaints:
Color differences resulting from printing the same design on different substrates, using different printing technologies, or on different printing machines that differ in color reproduction.
Lack of color consistency between the print colors and the colors displayed on the screen.
Color differences between the delivered product and the digital proof, which was not in the possession of the Seller before executing the order.
6. Seller's Liability
6.1. The Seller is not liable for:
a) Printing individual projects and works accepted by the Customer containing technical or substantive errors.
b) Delays in the delivery of materials by external companies.
c) Printing delays due to external factors beyond the Seller's control, such as wars, riots, strikes, plant closures, floods, snowstorms, fires, traffic accidents, interruptions in the supply of utilities (including lack of electricity, lack of internet connection), etc.
d) Delays in order fulfillment due to the delayed provision of correct data by the Customer.
e) Timeliness of transferring funds between the Customer's bank and payment systems.
f) Timeliness of courier deliveries.
g) Damage to the User resulting from improper disclosure of information about their account and/or password to third parties, consequences resulting from third parties obtaining the Customer's password, regardless of the cause (e.g., providing the password or code to a third party by the Customer, breaking the password or code by a third party).
h) Consequences arising from discontinuation of services or the liquidation of the Seller's service.
i) Damages resulting from the Customer's failure to comply with the terms of this regulation.
j) Damages resulting from providing false or incomplete Customer data when ordering services.
7. Intellectual Property
7.1. All content on the website https://dodoopy.pl is protected by copyright and intellectual property law. Downloading, copying, modifying, reproducing, transmitting, or distributing any content from the website https://dodoopy.pl without the owner's consent is prohibited. The Dodoopy® trademark is a registered trademark protected in the European Union.
7.2. The Customer's intellectual property contained in electronically transmitted files to the Seller is protected against access by third parties.
8. Final Provisions
8.1. The Seller complies with the Personal Data Protection Act of August 29, 1997 (Journal of Laws of 1997, No. 133, item 883).
8.2. Users of the Seller's Service https://dodoopy.pl have read and accepted the content of this regulation.
8.3. The Seller collects and stores Customer data solely for the purpose of order fulfillment, settlement, and delivery of goods to the address specified by the Customer.
8.4. Correspondence and other information sent electronically from the Seller's Service to the Customer will be delivered to the email address provided during registration. Traditional correspondence will be delivered to the postal address specified in the Customer's profile.
8.5. Goods eligible for return must not show signs of use or damage.
8.6. Any disputes arising from orders based on this regulation will be settled by the court having jurisdiction over the Seller's registered office.
8.7. The Seller reserves the right to:
a) Modify the functionality of the Service https://dodoopy.pl.
b) Periodically disable the availability of Service services for expansion or maintenance purposes.
c) Cause short interruptions in access to services without providing reasons.
d) Send email messages and informational letters regarding the progress of order fulfillment to Customers.
e) Discontinue providing services and liquidate the service.
8.8. In matters not regulated by this regulation, the provisions of the Civil Code and the Act on the protection of certain consumer rights and liability for damage caused by a dangerous product of March 31, 2000 (Journal of Laws No. 22, item 271) shall apply.
